These terms govern the use of Cloomi, a parenting platform for the first five years. Cloomi has two fronts: an online store of new products selected by developmental stage —from pregnancy to age five—, and an app and community, still under construction, where mothers and fathers support one another. By using Cloomi, you accept these terms.

1. Who can use Cloomi

Cloomi is intended for adult mothers, fathers, caregivers, and expectant parents. If you create an account, you are responsible for the information you provide and for keeping your access credentials confidential.

2. The store

• We sell new products, selected and organized by developmental stage, from pregnancy to age five.
• Shipping is free anywhere in Colombia.
• We offer cash on delivery: you pay when you receive your order, unless you choose another payment method available at checkout.
• Prices, availability, and delivery times may vary and are confirmed at the time of purchase.
• You have the rights of withdrawal, warranty, and consumer protection recognized by Colombia's Law 1480 of 2011 (Consumer Protection Statute).

3. The app and community

Cloomi's app and community are under construction and will roll out in stages. Once available, they will let you talk with families in your same stage, access guides for each developmental moment, get answers to everyday questions that don't warrant a pediatric visit, and take part in the second-life space.

Community content and answers are not medical advice. Cloomi does not replace the judgment or consultation of a health professional. For any concern or symptom that requires medical attention, always consult your pediatrician or another qualified professional.

4. Second life (circular economy)

The second-life space lets you give away or find products a baby no longer uses. Cloomi facilitates the connection between families, but is not a party to those transactions and does not guarantee the condition, delivery, or fulfillment of agreements between users. We ask you to post truthful information and treat the community with respect.

5. Community guidelines

To keep Cloomi a safe space, offensive, discriminatory, misleading content, or content that puts other families at risk is not allowed. We reserve the right to moderate posts and suspend accounts that violate these guidelines.

6. Intellectual property

The Cloomi brand, the platform's design, and its original content are owned by Cloomi or its licensors. Content you post in the community remains yours, but you grant us permission to display it within the platform as part of the service.

7. Changes to the service

Cloomi may update, expand, or modify its features —especially while the app and community are being finished— as well as these terms. We will publish relevant changes on this page along with the update date.

8. Limitation of liability

Cloomi is provided "as is," and we make our best effort to keep the platform available and reliable. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the platform, agreements between users in the second-life space, or decisions made based on community content.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia.
